Great string if you need 16 strands, it turns out that I didn’t for this bow, and this seller offered no guide to purchase. But you can get this string for less straight from 60x, so once again, I overpaid.Do a little research before buying a string, and you’ll save money and time. Dacron will outlast Spectra (Fast Flight), and the performance differences is not worth noting. The Dacron gets better after use, and the louder distinct sounding Spectra wears out faster. FF is used in competition where sound is not an issue, and changed out at around 500 arrows loosed in an attempt to gain even the slightest (as little as 3 FPS) increase while new. (But slower after worn) with more string creep than Dacron.For recreational archery I’ll just stick with Dacron, and 14 strands has proven to out preform any string I’ve tried on my 68” AMO TD recurve (23” Greatree riser, w/long PSE limbs) stacks to 48# @ 30”. And I'm 6’4” and I pull a 31” draw length to anchor point.

I've spent some money getting a murdered out black on black bow.It looks weird with green serving.I sent a message to the seller, explaining that the listing only says black, no color choice. All I wanted was a black string. This is the seller's reply:"Hello Tom,Our string material is always black but serving color varies...either black, green or brown. Please return for refund. I am uncertain if we have any all black in stock but will check. Thanks..CCC"I waited 2 weeks for this string. I paid $27.54 for 2 black strings, And They BOTH came in with green serving.I've decided to keep them, they'll be back-up strings when my 2 new BLACK strings come.My complaint might seem petty to some, but it was important enough to me, to read the description carefully before I ordered, and there was NO mention of any other color than BLACK.

Thank you for such nice product. I was able to bring back to life, my first bow. Nomad Stalker by Browning from the 1960's. Bought it on lay away, put $5 week, earning money cleaning windows. The harvest list is long, from small game birds to large game in the Rocky Mountains. Thank you again.

Spare string for my Turkish bow..... works great !!

Just as described. Even better it was green and black to match my black and green longbow. (I did not specify color). Also arrived early.

Pretty good. A little long for my 60' recurve, but tying a knot in the string worked well.
