What colour is the best to see of these balls on the fairway and rough, the green or the orange?

I can only speak of my own personal experience. As orange balls are close to the red spectrum I find it difficult to spot them on the grass because of a slight colour blindness problem. If I use any other colouring would choose yellow ball which some call green.

I don’t find that to be the case. I find the white ones easier to see.

My husband is quite a good golfer and plays off a handicap of 13 - are these a good recommendation?

I play off 18 and use these all the time. You can pay double + for brands like titleist pro v1 but for mid handicap golfers I find them very good.
