Too sweet and less effective
I swear by the liquid, it really helps keep the colds and flus at bay, thought I'd try these gummies because they're more affordable. They are so unbelievably sweet compared to the liquid for some reason that it's a little sickly, and I find it a lot less effective. I would say the liquid is like 80% effective and the gummies like 30% effective. Even though it's a little more costly, think I'll stick to the liquid, worth the price knowing it works.
