I bought these as I couldn't stand the taste and texture of the syrup. It was way too sweet. With this I can just take one-a-day and not two as again it can be sickly sweet, but not as bad as the syrup. I actually really like this and doesn't feel as if I'm taking an immuno-support supplement.

The taste is a bit chemically
I cannot say yet if they are beneficial, however the previous reviews about a chemically taste is very much true! If you chew quick you can get past that. Not sure why they have an awful taste, but if they work itโs worth it
