Review: Bad purchase - The phone is not in working condition from day one. I am unable to access mobile networks on this phone at my location even after installing new sim. Whereas I am getting it on my other devices. There is something fundamentally wrong with this phone. Now I will not even be able to exchange it with another purchase on desertcart due to this reason.

The phone has erratic network issues and no incoming or outgoing calls. We could not receive or make a single call even after trying different SIMs. Sham technical evaluation was conducted but my problem has not been resolved. This is a dead piece of electronics for me. Kindly do the needful to return and refund.
