Can this be used as a mold release agent. I'm making a body cast. before I fill it with polyurethane foam I need to coat the inside w a release agent

I don't know about that, its used most to cleanse the skin before and during the tattoo process.

Is this soap tested on animals?

I don't believe so, although we are not the manufacturer, Costco is.
