Just an ok product, not extraordinary. Better than tried five brands in a week.

I have used this ghee multiple times.I take this ghee with other ayurvedic medecine .This brand gau amritam makes two varieties of ghee .This ghee i.e jain marydit is lighter in consistancy , mild in smell & taste in comparison to vedic variety.As of now this is best original desi cow brand ghee I have ever consumed , one unique feature of this ghee is that (both varieties) its smell & taste does not deteriorates quickly which I have observed with other desi cow brand.This ghee is slight costly , but if you compare it quality & strict aurvedic guideline & indian tradition under which it is manufactured than cost will not be heavy for you.One caution of course , if you are searching for rich taste & smell you will be disappointed.

I use Gau Ghrit for various purposes and have used many genuine organic brands with similar concept of making ghrit. Currently, though I have a preferred product, I was interested to check our this Jain Maryadit Ghrit based on its philosophy. However, I am disappointed with the quality and taste which was neutral like any other high volume commercially produced ghee. Furthermore, based on the process mentioned, the ghee should melt at room room tempature or be atleast be at semi-fluid state which also was not the case. It was more like a semi-soild (viscous). I am disappointed at the quality.

Good quality product with good aroma and taste also. Original quality ghee.

Using for the past 3 years for my kid, ordered every 2 months past 3 years, genuine A2 desi ghee, just melts in mouth at body temperature.
