Cheaper Alternative to Canonons
Cheaper than Canons version and works with my M50. The instructions are lengthy and, ironically, don't actually tell you how to connect it, but it is pretty self explanatory. Once connected, worked great. Didn't test the zoom as I was using a prime lens, but I'm sure it'll work since everything else on it did.

Best bang for the buck
For EOS R shooter, this remote is a no brainer. The range is far enough, tested 60 feet no problem. Video mode works well to start/stop the recording.

Great for Gimbal/cage work! AF button kind of small tho.
I like how small, thin, and lightweight.Easy to connect, and change modes. My only gripe is I wish it was a half press , for AF, and full press for start/stop rec.I want to use this with my gimbal. But the small Af button , I miss and accidently press the big shutter button out of habit.

Do not buy
I bought this 3 months ago and it paired with my EOS M50 and worked the day it was delivered and then never worked again. Would not recommend this product.

Doesn't work with Cannon 77D
I just bought this remote for my brand new Cannon 77D. I will start and stop a movie but I can't use it to take remote pictures. I'll keep it though, I just wanted a remote to start and stop my YouTube videos. But buyer beware!

Does not work with R10
I've had this for a while, used it with a couple of Rebels, then with an RP. With all of them it worked fine. But it will not pair with the R10. I've tried multiple times, it just doesn't work.
