Sharp a beautifully balanced
These knives are very high quality, look great and take and keep a great edge. I sharpened one up last night and was able to get a shaving edge on it quite easily - and I do mean a shaving edge. Some stainless steel kitchen knives are impossible to sharpen once they lose their factory edge because they are either to hard or too soft. These are perfect

Best Knife
This is the sharpest and most comfortable knife of this type I have ever had in 55 years. Very easy to resharpen with a good quality steel and it hold its edge. I have paid a lot more for trash.

Ayant déjà 2 couteaux de çe type, de très bonne qualité au quotidien, j’en cherchais 2 autres plus grands, mais les dimensions n’étaient pas celles prévues sur la description. Du coup, j’ai mes couteaux en double. J’en ferai cadeau

Amazing Knives
My wife and I found a couple of these knives in a local Home Goods store, bought them on a lark because of their striking "Japanese" look, and quickly discovered that they were (far) superior to the (far) more expensive Henckle knives we already own. We have since acquired a complete set of the seven knives made by Richardson of Sheffield in this style, several of which had to be bought directly from the UK. They are magnificent knives for the price, beautifully designed and sharp as a razor.

La photo n°2 de l'annonce n'est pas la bonne ! Le couteau que vous recevrez est bien plus petit. Ceci-dit, il est d'une très belle qualité, avec un coupant impressionnant et une pointe incroyablement pointue ! Superbe look, et préhension très agréable. Ni trop léger, ni trop lourd. J'enlève 2 étoiles pour la photo erronée et le manque d'information sur le produit. Sinon, il mérite 5/5
