Can it take off brown spots from the fsce

I’ve never tried it that but it’s cheap enough to give it a try.

Can this product be used in the bath tub? As a replacement for epom salt?

I don’t think so. Not the same ingredients….I carry a piece in my pocket in the summer to absorb sweat and prevent chafing.
