Bought this after my housemate's dog chewed up the remote that came with the TV.The good news: worked straight out of the package, and activates the 3D feature of my LG 55LB7200, which most universal remotes do not. (A 3D bluray will automatically engage the 3D mode, but 3D content that is streamed from my PC or my media server does not).Bad news:"Point" does not work at all. No amount of shaking the wand will make the pointer appear onscreen.The "click" button is temperamental, and will often register a move up or a move down a split second before registering a click, meaning that there's about a 50% chance it won't click what you have selected, but rather the item above it or below it. This process is complicated by the fact that the button does not actually like to be pushed.I had to take the batteries out because it was periodically just turning the TV on or off while it was just lying there.I'll be keeping it because it's literally the only remote that I could find that a) advertises that it works with my TV b) has the 3D button, and c) doesn't cost a hundred bucks new, but basically I'll be using it to turn on 3D, then I'll take the batteries back out so that it won't turn off while I'm watching said 3D content.

No Cursor
It looked like the original remote, was a better price than one from LG, and worked right out of the packaging. Down side is the cursor didn't work and the batteries fit very tight. I was disappointed about the cursor not working and called up LG and ended up getting a new one from LG after all.

Not reliable
This remote does not work well at all. Voice recognition hasn’t worked. It doesn’t have a mouse-like pointer like the original and the buttons have to be pressed several times before the tv picks it up.

Didn’t work-no cursor
Didn’t work out of the box. And I have to pay $8.00 shipping on the re-order. And I have to wait until Sept 2 for a replacement.Not happy.

It does not begin to work as well as the original one I got with my LG TV. I do not recommend it.

The main button for Select (wheel) does not work 80% of the time. Do not waste your money on this.
