You said this can be installed Top mount with provided installation hardware.. How can these clips secure the sink to the counter for top mount?

I installed it as a drop-in sink and it works fine but you will not use the clips. I secure/sealed the sink to the counter with 100% silicone under the lip of the sink. Be sure to tape off your counter before applying the silicone to keep clean lines and reduce your mess when it squeezes out from under the lip)

Will the 30 inch sink fit a 33 inch cabinet?

The 30 inches is from outside rim to outside rime. If your cabinet has 33 inchs clearance on the iside, yes it will fit. The actual sink is 28 x 16.

does the 15 prep sink have nano technologies used?
