A life-saver in my office!  It was freezing in here, while other offices in the hallway were not nearly as cold.  I capped my ceiling vent with this product and instantly the room temperature changed to a comfortable level.  Helped to reduce the air vent "white noise" considerably as well!  Now back to work...
