Are there any added ingredients like MSG?

No msg in it ! Just salt and dried flounder fish grounded!

Why is there no writing of any kind on the package? Nothing to indicate where it was made or what is really in the package. How do I if it is safe?

This package was shipped all over USA and many people love it. It was used many times for Asian cuisine soup and wonton noodle soup. The ingredients are clearly dried flounder fish grounded with little salt. The package is demonstration only. It will be packed with labels with weight exactly 12 oz.

How much powder is equivalent to say a 5"x5" piece of dried-flounder? ie: how much to use in 2L of soup/broth/stock? (with pork/chx/beef bones too)
