Great product, i'm suprised by the quality.
Thinking of buying a belt but you are worried the quality is to low at this price range?Don't worry and buy one of these, the quality is great.The belt is not to stiff, but stiff enough to be used by powerlifters like me, it forms well to my body after using it just 1 time and it does not chafe or irritate my fat love handles.The only thing left to judge is the longevity of the belt, but it seems sturdy enough to last me a few years, hopefully i will be to big for this belt by then anyway.I cannot imagine me buying another belt at a higher price when you can get this quality at a price like this.Just by this one and save a lot of money, especially if you are a beginner, it's a no brainer in my book.

This is a great belt. It is strong
If you lift heavy weights, you need a belt. This is a great belt. It is strong, it is sturdy and it is the same width all the way around which allows for proper support and the valsalva maneuver when squatting. It is pretty stiff when first used, but you will eventually break it in and come to love it.

Good but...
Belt does the job, been using for 3 months. However, quality is not up to scratch. The belt deforms too easily, would recommend investing more in a belt which will last longer

Good Value Powerlifting Belt
I was debating whether to get the Large but opted for the Medium. With a bit of tugging I am on prong three. When it wears in, should get to a four. Seems like a really good quality belt for under thirty quid. These belts just give you that greater level of intra abdominal pressure than the nylon ones (which I have too).

Again bought for leg day mainly squats and/or deadlifts but I just use for support when squatting heavy. Does the job, improved my max and form and comfort under the bar. Gives stability and something for your abdomen to push off and get out of ‘the hole’
