Este libro es muy útil para personas que practican apnea a un nivel profesional. Tengo todos sus libros y este es realmente útil para hacer tablas y mejorar tus tiempos. Sólo está en inglés o italiano pero no es necesario ser bilingüe para entenderlo, es muy práctico y fácil de entender.
