Chewable vitamin

Like the fact that it is chewable and can be easily absorbed in the body. Also have a hard time swallowing so this is perfect.

Important to use cyanocobalamin instead of metylcobalamin.

Excellent product. I had been giving myself shots once a week due to a medical condition that had dropped my B12 level into the low 200's. A very serious problem. This product keeps it stable.
