this is by far my favourite nail prep! I was gifted this product with gel nail kit from Ulta years ago. Ulta stoped carrying the product and had a tough time finding it in store till I looked online. I’d used other nail brand like “YN/YoungNails”, “beetles”, “ Mia secret“ and “modelones” and this one makes my at home gel nail overlay last on my natural nails for weeks at a time! Love it!

I love doing my nails, and I do them myself to save money from going to a salon. I try and do them several times a week (I like switching it up) with regular polish.However, I just started getting into gel manicures. I realized they weren't lasting longer than a few days without cooking up at the edges, so I did research into why. I found this prep polish.Here's what I do. I clean my nails, use this, cure it, use a base coat, cure, gel nail polish, cure again. Usually don't use top coat for gel as it tends to be shiny on own.Point is, this prep polish does make gel last longer. I took a star off because for the price, the bottle is small.

This prep is essential so that the gel adheres correctly. It might seem a little too dehydrating but I've tried to do my nails without it and paid the consequences.

I have used this for years because it works! My polish has to grow off or be filed off. Love it!!
