Los Chileros Organic Chile Chipotle Whole (Dried), 2 Ounce Package

Very happy with these peppers. I followed the recipe on package for making chipotle in adobo sauce. I did not remove seeds or cut in half. Used the whole bag. Excellent results. Resulting heat level a little hotter than canned products but with a cleaner taste and better smoked flavor. I’d say it makes about 4 x the amount in a typical can of peppers.

Awesome Chipotles. I ordered these to make mole negro. I wasn't very happy with the ones I bought locally last time I made this recipe, which takes days, because it has over 25 ingredients, the authentic Oaxacan mole negro. You would think Texas of all places would have a better place locally to buy, but Austin not so much, unless you drive to SA. So, these are just grown a state over in NM and they are really freshly dried and package. The smell is gorgeous! Their quality is very high, I highly recommend them to others with high standards for your chile needs. Their shipping was exactly what they stated as well! Love it when that happens.

These are good quality chilies. I wanted to make my own organic Chipotle Sauce without all the awful ingredients in the canned ones and no organic canned chilies available in my health food store. So these worked out well and they are really, really hot! Was happy to find them.

Dark, smoky, spicy, wonderful! Difficult to find chipotles where I live. Impossible to find organic. Very pleased to find these on Amazon as I have been missing that special touch only a good smoked pepper can add. Ordered several times now and it is always a thrill to open the package.

These were amazing. I started reconstituting these early, early in the morning, preparing to start some slow cooker chili. My wife actually woke up, came down stairs, and was asking what smelled so awesome.
