These are perfect for whitening teeth. Others have noticed the difference in the color of my teeth. I drink coffee and my teeth stain easily.

I like the small box of auto ship teeth whitening strips. They are easy to use and they do a fairly decent job of getting rid of the stains and best of all they do not make my gums feel sensitive. But if you want a really white vibrant smile these are not what I would recommend. Furthermore they can be a bit of a challenge when the actual strip needs to separate from the base. You have to make sure the strips have seperated from the base and have stuck to the teeth. I would recommend if you suffer from some gum sensitivity as I have not experienced pain after using these strips.

Easy to use and did not taste bad

I have been using this for over a year I smoke drink coffee and Diet Coke but I also brush 3 times a day s a day floss daily this work , it will make ur teeth sensitive but sensitive means is working

Works great. Follow directions and dry teeth manually if necessary to begin. I found it best to press onto teeth after sucking air out and removing tray.😊 I am a senior and found it not sensitive to my teeth if left on proper amount of time.
