It’s extremely useful laid on a table giving me a large area to wrestle my fitted sheets into submission.I put the mat on top of a thick blanket and a cotton sheet but still managed to warp my (plastic) table underneath. It was a bit dim of me and I will use more blanketing next time.The nobbly iron pad in the corner is a tad annoying but certainly not a deal breaker for me.
