My bottle broke and I need to get a replacement. I looked up on the site to get a new bottle. That’s all a new bottle and it’s $16.95 to ship it. Seriously!! I can buy a new bottle for that of other ones. That’s ridiculous. The bottle and crystal idea was a great idea. The shipping shouldn’t be that high to replace it. I mean come on

Being able to add/subtract crystals is such a plus for me! Who wants to purchase a water bottle for each crystal?! Only two reasons why I gave it a "4 star" rating....wish it was larger and the cap is a bit difficult to unscrew (which is great because it doesn't leak but it take a few times for me to get it open).

Finger still bleeding 20-mins after trying bottle for literally FIRST TIME. I filled it with water, carried it upstairs, picked it up to take a sip and the bottom broke completely off slicing my pinky finger in the process. My heart’s still pounding out my chest, it was scary, and painful! Do NOT purchase one of these, too DANGEROUS!!! It’s a shame, because I loved the concept of being able to use whatever crystal I chose; now I cannot trust this product, it’s obviously unsafe, so I won’t exchange. My sense is the bottom part — that had the obsidian and clear quartz crystals provided by the company — was too heavy, since it broke right above the crystal compartment. There was no obvious damage to the bottle prior to my one-time first use. Literally, I just picked it up, tipped it to take one sip, and BAM, broke in half and cut me badly. I’ve got many more photos, including how much blood was in my sink, gushing out my finger.

Water bottle works great. I love that they warantee the glass. Bought one for my daughter for her birthday.
