I'm lactose intolerant. how much milk is in the Slim Fast Keto replacement shakes?

I am Lactose intolerant and this does not bother me at all. It’s the 1st out of many I tried that doesn’t! Taste great! I use coconut milk to make it bc it tastes even better that way!

Can i use this while on a low carb, no sugar diet?? traditional slim fast has such high carbs

If you choose to follow the SlimFast Keto Plan, it will be a little bit more restrictive because you will need to "mind your macros" (as in, maintain about 75% Fat, 20% Protein, and about 5% carbs). However, if you are following our traditional SlimFast Plan or a low-carb plan, which is just about sticking to a daily calorie goal (by swapping 2 meals per day for ANY SlimFast meal replacement, including the new Meal Shakes To Go, having 3 100-calorie snacks, and 1 sensible meal) and restricting your carb intake... then yes, you are going to LOVE including all the SlimFast Keto items into your routine. (for manufacturer) Why is there carrageenan in this? Please take it out. Also, sugar alcohols, don't need, I'd love to see a slightly cleaner version

Can you use water and Splenda instead of cream for taste?

Sure you can. I will often use coconut water or milk, either way, I enjoy the flavor
