Just bought this and didn’t realise it was 3 in 1. I used it over a normal base coat. Is this why it took so long to dry? Took a lot more than 60 sec

I have one and it never dried in 60 seconds! maybe a little faster than others but not in 60 sec.

does it dry without UV led?

Yes it does dry without uv led It drys very quickly

I only had the very light colour & put another coat on top but all came off with ordinary nail varnish remover
