The media could not be loaded.  A lot of people have been delivered knock off Neobongs… I honestly didn’t see those reviews until after I bought it, I trusted the reviews on top and I ended up receiving an official lightstick. Honestly I’m not too sure why some are knock offs and some aren’t, I know mine is real because a huge indicator to tell would be the battery pack, they’re supposed to be black yet some peoples are white (not official). If you wanna buy, your pretty much gambling on which you will end up receiving, good luck!

I've heard so many stories about NCTZENS getting fake or unofficial Neobongs so I was very anxious to make this purchase but it's an official genuine Neobong and I couldn't be happier! I was hoping they'd give you an official photocard not just lomo cards but it's whatever I'm just so happy I didn't get scammed and got an official Neobong!

I’m so glad I got mine on Amazon vs at the concert! It connects to the SM app perfectly as well 10/10.

More of the delivery I think it works just fine but the box it came in had creases and damaged edges and stuff like that. It took like 2 months to come in aswell so coming in poor condition was a little disappointing. The lightstick it self works I think I technically haven't tried it out because I don't have batteries but it does have the photo cards and a bunch of foam to protect the actual lightstick. I don't know exactly who gave it because in my list it still says it hadn't arrived so I'm not really sure. But as I said it's more of an Amazon problem than a lighstick problem.

I think it didn’t come with pc but like my dogs ripped the box. It lights up but I haven’t tried it on the app.

This is definitely authentic! It worked at their most recent tour in LA. I was a bit skeptical but decided to get it. I'm very happy with my purchase. No scratches on the packaging or the light stick.
