WIN32 API Reference in Visual C++

This might be a bit harsh, however, the book is not what I was expecting and maybe for someone who is a bit more versed in C++. Other books that I have purchased (although dated) seem to be a bit better. And, if anyone needs suggestions please let me know. I would be glad to provide.
