For only a tenner this is a pretty decent pain relieving gel pack. Can be used hot (via microwave) or cold (freezer) and the straps make sure it stays in place. Much more convenient than using a water bottle.Excellent for low back pain, but with a bit of fiddling you can rest it around your shoulders or knees if the pain is there., or around your stomach for menstrual pains. If using hot though, make sure it isn't too hot which is easy to do in a microwave. If you've ever used basic gel packs before, same system with this.Good item to have in for quick pain relief.

This strap-on gel bead pack by Zhu-Zhu is quite versatile, as can be seen from the product page illustrations, and it can be used either hot or cold. The pack is quite nicely made and seems OK for regular use – use cold from the freezer or warm from the microwave oven.
