I just received these sandals. These Combat Flip Flops look great, appear to be very well made, and I suspect will provide me with good service for years to come. They arrived in a plastic storage bag inside another plastic shipping bag. They do have a slight non-offensive odor of processing chemicals that I suspect will disperse as I allow them to "air out" for a few days.. Initially trying them on they felt very snug. I typically wear a size 10 shoe and ordered a size 11 sandal. Perhaps I should have ordered a size larger but my foot fits on the platform of these sandals with a little overhang of the leather all around. The straps are a bit tight, at least on initial wearing. I suspect that once my feet and these flip flops adjust to each other they will be very comfortable for wearing all day long.. I have never been a flip-flop fan and, because of foot issues I must deal with, this is my first real effort at trying them. I believe I have made a good first choice as these look quite nice and sturdy. If they get along with my feet, I can easily see myself wearing these out in public, which is something I never thought I'd say or do.. My initial impression of these Combat Flip Flops, which I expect will not change, is very positive and I will recommend these to my friends.

So far very happy. I read the reviews in sizing and was tempted to go up one size as many people recommended. Glad I didn't. I am a true 12 but many times the flip flops I buy end up going about 1/4 to 1/2 inch past my heal and they feel to big.I ordered the size 12 and they come right to my heal. The toe portion is a little tight and will stretch into a perfect fit as they are full leather.I like flip flops I can wear with shorts or with jeans and these look great with both.

An awesome pair of flip flops! Not really a sandals and flip flop wearing individual, but these are very comfortable and feel as if they are actually going to provide protection for my feet. Firt set of flip flops I actually enjoy wearing. I'm a half size (8.5) so, as per their recommendation, I rounded up to the next size (9) and they fit comfortably.

These flip-flops are fantastically comfortable and durable. I have been wearing OluKai Mea Ola Flip-Flops for years and once I heard the story behind Combat Flip Flops I had to support Griff and Lee's efforts to make a difference. The leather and the cushioned heal make these a no brainer. The leather uppers conform to your foot after a few hours and you simply forget that your wearing the most comfortable flip flops around.

So rubbed my toes raw and had sores that took about a month to resolve. Having said that, these are very nicely made and it is very likely that my feet were just not prepared for these. Need to try smaller time periods to allow for some callouses to develop. Aside from toe issue on big toe and toe #2, these were great.

they look awesome but the strap is too tight. i thought it would stretch as a wear them. they don't. it's painful. otherwise they are great. so, i only wear the for a few hrs ever so often.

I love my flip flops. I wear them around the home mainly. I did order them a size larger than I normally wear and that was perfect. I like the quality as they seem to be very well made. I have only had them a few days and time will tell.

Great fit, absolutely love these. I had my left sandal dig into the side of my foot right out of the box. Returns were handle very well. Will order again.
