Not pasteurized? Store at 35-40 degrees? Shipped unrefrigerated!
I purchased this product to use since eggs are hard to come by during the pandemic. The package arrived in an unrefrigerated container. I used the powder (it worked ok, though there are two different ratios of water to powder in the product description and the one showing more water to powder was too thin) and stored it in my pantry. The next time I went to use it, I noticed the package print that said it should be refrigerated at 35-40 degrees!! It does not clarify that it should be refrigerated only after opening. I had already ordered two more packages at this point (which also arrived unrefrigerated). So I of course worried about whether the powder was safe to use. I called both numbers on the packaging; one worked and I was able to leave a voice mail. Did not hear back. Sent an email to the address listed, and did not hear back on the email. UNTIL THIS IS CLEARED UP, THERE SHOULD BE A RED FLAG ON THE PURCHASE AND USE OF THIS PRODUCT!!
