This absolutely works to curb appetite and control cravings. I'm 40 years old, routine exercise, cardio, walking and diet were not working. I kept gaining weight no matter what I changed. I read another review and followed it to the tee. 1 tab of Now Garcinia (twice a day) and 1 tab of Now Diet Support (twice a day). I've only been using this for a week and I already shed 3 lbs. For someone who was stuck in the 190's I am grateful. I cannot wait to see how much more I can lose. I am following a healthy and low carb diet.

This product actually helped me lose weight and does give me some energy however I take mine differently. The bottle says to take one tablet 1 to 3 times daily. I have been taking one 30 min before lunch and the one 30 min before dinner because I wasn’t sure how my body would react to it and it worked.

I take these pills everyday as a supplement. They help me with digestion and to maintain my weight. It’s a great value for your money because this brand is excelllent!

It helps to make me feel full. I like it! But you still have to exercise and eat healthier to burn the extra fat. It does not stop my craves for chocolate and dessert, though. :(

I honestly can't say that this product made any difference in my cravings, level of hunger, etc. Maybe a little bit, but overall, it didn't have this big difference as some others have found. I'd recommend buying Benefiber (which is tasteless and totally dissolves in water) and I clearly can tell it provides natural fiber to make a difference in my feelings of hunger and how much I eat.

This product helps to curb my appetite just a little, to overcome the hormonal cravings to eat. Still need willpower. But it helps.

I use this daily as I find it helps to curb my appetite, thus helping me to lose weight. It’s only been a couple weeks and I’ve lost two pounds, so I’m happy with it. The pills are large, so I take them with yogurt which makes them easier to swallow. Good value for the money.
