Very poor quality. Also very small does not fit description. Not worth anything. Also it is not complete outfit. No trousers or cane.

Disappointing. This says it was a complete outfit but it doesn’t include the trousers or the cane. Very misleading and expensive just for the top and hat!The hat comes up very small and barely fits my 8 year old so no way it will fit a 12 year old as advertised!
