I bought the four pack in size Large as I was starting to pick up chafes on my runs - I’m doing 12 half marathons this year and training for London in the spring so I can’t afford a chafe as I have other activities to do too! I was wearing boody knickers to run in, which are just lovely but sadly, the horizontal seam at the rear back was where the problem lay. I had no clue that these knickers would be suitable for sports but what I did like was that they had a cotton gusset. So I got the four pack, which aren’t too expensive, and they have passed the half marathon test! These do have a seam but it’s minimal - they are not laser-cut, but the seam is merely folded and glued, not sewn, and it is very discreet under clothes. The main problem is that the four kickers are NOT all the same size! Two are great, one a bit tight, and one I can’t wear at all. If you supply knickers in a pack they should all be THE SAME SIZE! I know tiny inconsistencies can be expected but not to this point! I think I’ve been pretty generous in only knocking off one star because effectively I have paid for four pants and can only wear three. That said, truly seamfree knickers you can wear with anything approaching pleasure for a half marathon and long runs are VERY rare. And cotton gussets, ladies. COTTON GUSSETS!

The positives are that they look and feel nice, they're light and stretchy, the finishing is good and the colours too.They washed well and dried quickly as they are very light weight and there was no VPL under my trousers.As to the negatives, for me personally whilst they are comfy, they're not ideal as they tend to roll down constantly.I'm an apple shaped size 14 and found that I am pulling these up over my tummy all the time where they've rolled down.If you're pear shaped, or slim with a flat tum they'd probably be lovely and worthy of 5* but for me personally I won't order any more even though I am still looking for more every day knickers.

Poor workmanship on the gusset. Even though the pants would last another few years, the gussets come unstuck at the front and start flopping about which is uncomfortable and shortens life of the knickers

Worked fine initially but with each wash elasticity reduces resulting in them not staying in place and riding up your arse and the side seams started to come apart. Washed at 30 degrees but even so. Not great. Perhaps need just hand washing but underpants sometimes need a proper wash too.

I order size s 2 packs because I think it fit me find but a little bit big for me !! I would love to order more if I can find size xs !!
