So far, so good!
I live out in the country, far enough out that if someone comes onto my property to snatch something off of my front porch (like Amazon packages), calling the police won’t do a bit of good to catch the thieves. The police are too far away to get here in time. So, I thought to myself, I need a web cam (or some sort of camera) to capture pictures of thieves and hopefully their vehicles, when and if they decide to choose MY place to pilfer. So, I purchased the WONNIE Wireless Camera, 1080P HD Security Monitor with 2.4G WiFi IP and Motion Detection Night Vision.Let’s get this out of the way first – Here’s what I didn’t like: I’m over 50 and technology is NOT my thing. I didn’t understand a lot of the jargon in the directions for set up and I had a little bit of difficulty trying to get it going on my own. My daughter helped but, she’s no technology whiz either. SO, getting it set up was kind of hard. BUT, between the two of us, and Amazon’s online help, we got it going. Here’s what I did like: The camera itself is all black, all one piece-ish and pretty much blends into the scenery. I don’t think bad guys are going to notice it right away, if at all. That’s going to make it pretty easy to capture their images. It pans up and down, left to right and has a 360ᴼ view. I really like that. It also captures sound AND with the phone app, I can speak to anyone who comes up on my porch and we can actually have a conversation. Also, it has a motion detection feature which alerts me to any movement on my porch. This MIGHT be a problem for me personally as the neighbor’s chickens tend to use my front yard and porch as a meeting place. Someday soon this may start to annoy to me--the camera going off two or three times a day because of the hen meetings. Right now, however, I’m getting a kick out knowing when they show up and being able to jump up and shout them away BEFORE they poop on my outdoor furniture.Overall, I like the camera. I’m not sure if I will ever actually have the NEED for it. So far, thank God, I’ve not had any porch bandits visit me. But, if they do, I think I’m ready to—at the least—catch them red-handed on film.

Good Performance Indoor Camera For The Money
I bought this because I wanted to monitor foot traffic in the house while away and another brand failed after 1 year. The box contents pictured was nicely done, the manual for one was nicely illustrated, and the addition of a mount was a nice touch. Admittedly, I had some initial challenges setting this up, though no fault of the device. I have Mesh WiFi network that pushes my phone from 2.4 GHz to 5 GHz on the same SSID, whichever has the strongest signal. For this reason I kept getting intermittent popups saying that the camera was not compatible with 5 GHz spectrum. The web description and manual clearly state that too. Rather than log onto my router and change my settings to broadcast only 2.4 GHz I decided just to hard wire for expediency. Once that was done it was smooth. I notice in the Record - Picture and Sound settings the video format defaulted to PAL which I believe is the European standard... there is a setting to switch to NTSC for North America, which I did toggle. The picture quality also defaulted to SD (Standard Definition) and once I switched it to HD (High Definition) the crispness and detail were evident. What a difference. I am a bit confused on what the feature of "UnBind" does different from "Delete Device", however I'm not going to mess with a good thing. The PTZ was quite effective without loss of resolution but a tad slower than I'm used to but still acceptable speeds. As for the Android App software (iEye) which I believe is 3rd party, it works well. Took me a while to figure out the scissors icon is the capture still image button. The teardrop dial in center is still an unknown feature to discover but sure it has a useful purpose? The app uses lingo like "Defense Plan" for times to be active vs inactive for monitoring, etc. RTSP settings are way over my head but figure they are for PC access if on same network. I like the feature to share the camera (with custom restrictions) with others and do expect to upgrade the firmware on 1st use.

Great indooor PTZ camera
I now have 2 of these cameras. I purchased the first one for specific task use. While waiting to find time to install it, I set it up for something else to test it out. Worked so good the I decided to keep it and order another one. Now the second one is in another test location and I'm liking it there too. These are great for indoor use. Where I live, the winter weather would probably kill it outdoors. The indoor locations I am using them are for remote areas for checking on certain tasks like monitoring equipment or to check to see if a door is open. Set up is easy. Have not been able to add them INVIF network already in use so I use the app instead. They also offer good customer service with quick responses. Picture quality is very good, night vision works well within its stated range. A good purchase.

Excellent Security Camera
I am totally satisfied with my Camera. I use it for security, to protect against unlawful entry into my apartment. I can record, speak and set off the alarm. With the recording I am able to submit to police and building management. I also had the opportunity to work with a costumer compliance officer name Niel, he was very professional and help me with my camera, answering all questions and concerns I had with the camera. 5 Star

Doesn’t hold WiFi connection
Only works if it’s directly connected to the modem. I couldn’t get it to hook up to the Wi-Fi after the first week. Rather disappointing
