Faulty out of the box. Avoid.
Bought this and a Behringer mixer and neither item worked. Just got a loud humming sound from all the inputs no matter what I put in. Piece of junk.

Couldn't get it to work in my setup
This seems a good quality item It is in a strong metal casing and feels well made. I was trying to use this adapter to connect a SubZero minijack condenser headset microphone to a mixing desk but unfortunately never got it to work. There was nothing faulty with either the Movo or SubZero or mixing desk. They just seemed incompatible.

Does The Job
A nice little XLR to jack converter that I use in an unbalanced and unpowered scenario, don't know if it would work as such but it did the job I needed it for. Nice fit.

Works with my gaming headset to audio mixer
I had a pretty hard time figuring out why my headset wouldn't work with my audio mixer using a TRRS to dual TRS splitter. After a little research, I found I needed a product like this one. This solved my problem. If you need to connect an electret mic to your mixer, this is what you need. BUT! Keep in mind, if you are passing it through a noise gate or similar device, then you may also need a 48V Phantom power injector. I did. Your mixer might output 48V Phantom Power, but your noise gate or effects processor might not pass that power. Only audio signal. You may need a power supply later in the signal line to use this product correctly.
