Review: Great diag tool to have - Not a tool I use often but it comes in handy when I need it. I like the Elitech brand as I have multiple HVAC tools from them and this is another on in the arsenal. Seems to be pretty accurate for automotive applications. Has a low, med and high sensitivity which is good. The noise it makes when it detects a leak is audible and you will know. Works as it’s designed to work and I think it’s a good value. Just doesn’t work all the time. But it’s a tool you use along with other diagnostic methods. I.e UV light & dye, soap and water, or just simply charging the system and using the leak detector to pin point an area to use all those methods in unison.
