You need to use sds grease every now and then.

None with my purchase, bits bought separately

How long it's warranty for it ?

It's a year's warranty. I have had my drill for a couple of years and it's done some heavy work and doesn't miss a beat.

Does the 18 volt Milwaukee batteries fit this drill

No they don't, only Einhell or the equivalent Ozito batteries will fit.
