A book about forepaly and a good one too.
Most of what the author focuses on is forepay and how and why you do these things. Scratching, kissing, love messages are discussed in this book. I recommend it for anyone who would like to spice up their love life and improve upon their techniques of foreplay. This book will help you keep the spark in your relationship but it is not a book about positions, rather it is something much better.

'Bad sex was never an option' in the time when the Kama Sutra was written, says Dr Seema Anand
I'm reading my copy of The Arts of Seduction by Seema Anand, an authority on the Kama Sutra. Seema is very sure of her subject. Her 'chatty' style (which she once told me was no good for a writer) works wonderfully. She sounds neither too learned nor embarrassed. The book is fun because she is having great fun communicating with her reader. She treats sex as fun too (so did the original texts, she tellsus ). What a civilisation we must have been, where everyone was having fulfilling sex with the sole intention of giving and receiving pleasure, without harming anyone, without any furtiveness or shame. The attitude towards sex was wholesome and generous - most unlike the twisted and depraved hunger and rage that surround us everywhere. Sex has become a weapon to inflict pain, revenge and 'punishment', and on children, too!!To move on -And 'bad sex was never an option'. (great line). Even something as trifling as the inability to perform for some reason didn't stop a man from giving his partner great pleasure. The 'My Advice' section at the end of each chapter is a great idea. Very well written, too.I think this book is the perfect gift for young couples in love.

It's good book for people who haven't read the real Kamasutra the book by vatsyayana...
I had high expectation from this book, as in in terms of who to use this skills in this generation... May be I may be wrong... Just saying my point of view about my read... I have read Kamasutra of vatsyayana... It is very complex... And difficult to use all the aspects in this time and generation... So I have thought that may be this book will be the help...

The language of the book is very tough to understand for a common person. It needs superb vocabulary to decipher this creation. About the content, it's unique and worth the Penny spent. Also, the binding and built quality is also up to the mark.

A Decent Read - 3.5 stars!
Sex!The utterance of the very word has become a sort of taboo in our society. From being the land that gave the world the Kama Sutra and the Khajuraho, we have all become prim and perverted. So much so that even when the word ‘Sex’ is found on an official form, we prefer to term it as ‘gender’ instead of using ‘the other word’. While the reasons for such a drastic shift in sentiments deserve a book on their own, a gentle reminder of our ancient, less prudish past is something that has long been due. This book is one such a positive step in that direction. What Ms. Seema Anand tries to do in this book is to distill the essence of Kama Sutra and present it in a more practical form. I must say that she succeeds to a large extent. This book is sort of primer to that erotique sans pareil - Kama Sutra. Cutting all those lengthy depictions and stringent syllabi, the author has succeeded to a large extent in keeping the poetic nature of the work alive. Kudos to that! One glaring error in the whole of the book is, while depicting the weird habit of the Maharaja of Patiala, Ms. Seema mentions Mr. Natwar Singh as the author of ‘Freedom at Midnight’. To my humble knowledge, Mr. Natwar Singh hasn’t written any such book. The subject though could have been a part of his other book ‘The Magnificent Maharaja’. In a book that is written with much meticulous research on ancient manuscripts, this error stands out like a sore thumb. Otherwise a neat job though. To summarize, Kama Sutra was the work that stripped away (pun intended) the vulgarity and obscenity from sex and presented it for what it is – an act of extreme pleasure when approached aesthetically. This book by Seema Anand is a gentle reminder to that lost treasure which is now only read in secret.A decent read!
