These are the best shower heads for reducing water consumption that still give you enough water to take a normal shower. I have had 3 of these and will only buy these from now on. I tried a different one that was nice, but it put out too much water. 1.5 GPM is a good flow rate. We have a septic system and we can't use a regular flow shower head (2.5 GPM or higher). They aren't fancy and are mostly plastic, but they look nice and get the job done. No leaks or issues with operation.

It's a nice product

Great quality for the price. Lower gpm flow helped increase duration of hot water for the shower, and the design actually has better pressure than the builder-grade shower heads it replaced. My only complaint is that the mount is not adjustable, so the threads dictate the final angle unless you get creative with thread seal tape.

I love the fact it uses less water! Everything is more expensive these days and anywhere I can save a penny makes me happy. The three settings work well. The dial turns easily. For some reason ours continues to leak slightly where it is attached to the shower arm despite my husband using tape and cranking it on hard. It is a very minor dribble, though, so I am not concerned. It is a little disconcerting when water comes out to prevent backflow. Luckily that has only happened once. On the whole I am completely happy with my purchase. The cost was reasonable and the product works like it should!

I'm very happy with this purchase. Originally I had a regular shower head by Niagara. Having a shower head that is detachable makes a huge difference and keeps my skin soft. I was able to easily install it myself. The water pressure and power is perfect.

This thing came in a zip lock bag with no inserts or markings. I suspect it was a return that Amazon just threw into a bag and resold as new. The first use it worked well. The very next day it acted like it was clogged and water just barely came out. I took it apart as best I could to see if there was a clog or bad rubber seal and everything looked good. I think this brand is just poorly made and is garbage. Don’t buy.

I bought 2 of these over two years ago. One is still working great. I would definitely recommend especially the water saving feature and pressure that comes out. One just came apart seemingly randomly but it could of been one of the toddlers running ferel lol (they're good kids) that dropped it and knocked it loose. Anyways i snapped it back together but didn't notice the little o-ring that fell out. I havent gotten it back apart to put it back in. So i gotta order another one.

I am loving this showerhead. I’ve had several similar handheld showerheads before, including ones costing more, and I like this one the best. First of all, it was easy to install. I have little strength in my hands and difficulty raising my arms over my head, but I was able to do it in less than five minutes, including putting some plumber’s tape on the fitting. I’ve had more difficulty opening twist top soda bottles. If you’re worried about this as a DIY project, don’t be; it’s about as complex as changing a lightbulb. The stainless steel hose is more flexible than others I’ve had. It doesn’t get all twisted up and try to fight you. But what really sets this showerhead apart is the flow. It’s adjustable and at the harder end, it’s powerful enough to massage knots out of your neck muscles. But the needle spray is the one I like. It’s hard to describe, because it feels simultaneously hard and soft. It’s hard enough to rinse the shampoo out of your hair quickly, but it feels soft. It reminds me of the bubble jets on a Jacuzzi. I don’t mean to gush, but every time I step into the shower, I just love the way it feels. It doesn’t feel like a 1.5 GPM low-flow shower. Because we have really hard water, I have to replace showerheads after 4 or 5 years, and from now on, I will choose this Niagara one.

Good quality, sturdy, an adjustable down to pretty low water levels to save water as well. The sprayer works great. No complaints.

From the item description I thought it was made of metal (says "brushed nickel") but it's actually made of thermoplastic with a brushed nickel "finish". I was looking for a metal handheld shower because I was getting tired of replacing those cheap Waterpik showers around every 2 years and even though this one isn't metal it is built extremely sturdy and I was shocked to see it has a 10-year warranty (wow!!). I had previously only used showerheads and handheld showers with a flow rate of 2.5 GPM and even though this one is only 1.5 GPM the pressure is extraordinary! It has so much water pressure that I have to adjust it to a lower flow with the adjustment ring to use it comfortably. They aren't kidding when they say "needle spray": the jets are very thin and very strong. If you want a more gentle flow you can adjust the ring so it is not as powerful. Unlike some other reviewers I've had no issue washing off soap and shampoo. Pros: - Very easy to install and requires no tools or special knowledge. (note: do NOT use teflon tape: it will leak if you do) - The hose is more than long enough and still doesn't get in your way. It isn't stiff and doesn't tangle. - The non-click adjustment ring is buttery smooth: you won't have to apply much force (if any) to find the desired setting. - The handle is ergonomic, lightweight and comfortable to use. - The holder grips the handle rather than the hose, which prevents the shower head from pivoting. (it will stay in the position that you set). - Uses much less water than conventional shower heads. (It's low-flow but doesn't feel low-flow) - The water pressure great and very constant. - Backed by a 10-year warranty (yes, you heard right). - Built with quality materials while still being affordable. - Self-cleaning and corrosion resistant. Cons: - No pause function. - The holder, shower head and handle are made of thermoplastic, not actual metal. The ball joint and hose are metal. - Even though it has a large spray diameter it only sprays in a circle, with no jets inside the circle (but it has many other modes that you can choose with the adjustment ring). Since the description gives very little details I went to their website to get the specifications and included a screenshot with the dimensions.
