They work well with a phone and for someone with big long fingers (6'4" frame) they fit almost perfect. I would vote them as 4.5 stars if I could, because the lack of a wrist closure they occasionally ride down my hand when using the phone or other dexterous tasks, but it's not enough to drop a full star. BY FAR the best gloves for shooting and law enforcement work I have ever used.
