XL is the best size for the back
Went to the emergency room with my back. Spent thousands of dollars and received 3 pain medications! Took them for 2 days and really didn't notice any improvement at all. I was scared and in such pain I couldn't even walk without stabbing pain with each step. I remembered my aunt using these when her back would "go out" as she put it. I asked my husband the next day to go get me this product. Slapped it across my back and went to sleep. When I woke up, I couldn't believe the difference! I used them for three more days and no more back pain! They work! XL is the best size for the back.

Lacking in the Sticky Department
They do not stick SUPER well, but honestly, they stick enough to last me throughout the night and that’s all that really matters to me. If I want to wear one on my back during the day I just make sure to wear a slightly tight undershirt under my clothes to keep it in place. Other than that, they work great for my back pain!

Icy Hot patches help when nothing else does.
Icy Hot patches help my back pain when nothing else does. They adhere easily and stay attached until I remove it! I'm not sure what I would do if these were ever discontinued!

It works great for my sister. One patch covers the lower back spine area.
These are the only patches that give my sister back and/or tailbone pain relief when needed. The other Icy Hot patches work ok for her as well as another popular brand, but they cannot compete with these.Once they are applied they stay in place until removed. Tip: Make sure the area is free of moisturizer as well as the hands.We have and will continue to buy these.
