Cherry Bomb sounds good on a Ranger!
I installed the Cherry Bomb 87502 on a 2002 Ford Ranger XLT, extended cab, 2.3 L FI engine. The Cherry Bomb inlet and outlet allowed the 2" diameter tail pipe of the Ranger to fit perfectly inside. I cut off the stock muffler close to the muffler body and the Cherry Bomb's length was perfect. I installed a hanger strap on the old hanger on the pickup and used a screw clamp to attach it to the Cherry Bomb. Installation went well and only took an hour or so.The sound is great. I left the stock resonator in place so the result is a nice mellow Cherry Bomb glasspack sound. Noise and resonance inside the cab is low even at highway speeds. I am very happy with this Cherry Bomb.

Nice, throaty sound
We put these on a '46 Ford truck. It has a sb 350 which puts out enough exhaust pressure to really make these pipes sound great

Good simple muffler
good muffler, longer designs have better tone then shorter which is exactly what i wanted. Running on 1.5L 4cyl, with header, sounds great!
