We have customers who buy it for their own children.This sport headphones the optimal range of wearing will be 100-130 mm, from left ear to right ear, so any people can fit it if their ear distance matches the size.

Can you wear these with hearing aids?

I would think not. They go directly into your ear canal, so unless your hearing aids are way deep in, my guess is no. That being said, search on Amazon for b07j5bxmqf. This is also a neckband headphone but goes over the ear. I have not tried this one but I'm thinking about it.
