Best Clips On Amazon thusfar
These were my first attempt to use reel trellis system and clips moving from traditional 12' stakes & hemp cord. Love the system and took for granted the ultra high quality and ease of 1 handed use not to mention easy fast 1 handed relocation. Only disapointmentwas I ran out and saw backorder around June 29 - was leaving for Florida and needed to finish the 10 x 25 gallon pots with 24 x 6 foot to 10 foot tall NJ Heirloom Tomato "TREES". Had to order a different brand complete garbage - poor string grip teeth, faulty molds, bad locks, broken hinges and out of round - complete OVAL that strangled larger stem plants causing me to have to take these good rings and move them to thick critical spots and crappy ones to new growth hoping they dont fall apart when moved..EXCELLENT PRODUCT FANTASTIC Quality Control - Hopefully these are back in stock

I find them fast and easy to use
These are very neat! I find them fast and easy to use. Training cherry tomatoes that tend to grow and grow and grow out of control fast. We strung a tomato garden twine from a stake in the ground to the top of our back porch trellis and back over to the ground again so that there were actually 2 lines to attach to. You could use anything else to tie the top of the line to. Example: ground to an eye hook attached to the back of your house, etc. Then use these clips to anchor the tomato vine to it. They clip on and off easily so they can be moved. I add clips or move them as needed. Much faster than tying and moved just as quickly. This would also be good for regular tomato vines that you are training into a single vine or even a 2-leader vine. Just be sure to use the proper twine. Efficient and Easy
This is the first year I've trellised my tomatoes versus staking them, and these clips make it incredibly easy and efficient. The quality of the clips seems to be very good and they are large and sturdy enough to use with the 50-plus heirloom varieties I'm growing this year using Hortonova 79" netting, or stringing them with tomato twine. The clips work well with both methods and are easy to reposition. Another plus is that the nearly clear plastic and the ventilation holes make these less appealing as hiding places for some crop-damaging insects.

Good for supporting cucumber and tomato plants
I first purchased these clips for supporting cucumber and tomatoe plants to hanging twine, so they grow vertically. They worked great and were reused for four years, but they are starting to break now. I went back in my order history and ordered the same item again, but the clips I received are inferior to the ones I originally received. . . clips are narrower, thinner, and closure tabs much smaller(difficult to open, see photo). They function as intended, but are difficult to open and I suspect they will not hold up as well as originals. After looking at the other clips available, it appears most are like this and comparable to the new ones I purchased . . . so I only removed one star.Photos of original and new attached, with original on the right.

So dang useful!
I have limited space, so grow vertically. These clips are so quick and easy, efficient and useful! I can part leaves with one hand, put on the clip with the other. Takes a millisecond! I make sure I have a few in my pocket prior to my morning garden visits. Plan A was cutting old knee hi hose into strips with dull scissors to tie my vertical vines to a trellis. The clips are Plan B, work infinitely better, and I absolutely love them!

Works great to support tomato branches
I use many of these on each of my outdoor hydroponic tomatos. I have a string tied to the top of the fence and it drops down the plant. I connect another string to it using Plastic Cord Lock End Toggle Double Hole Spring Stopper Fastener Slider Toggles. That second string circles a branch on the tomato plant with the trellis clip. Then I can adjust everything quickly and easily as the plant grows the the tension needs to be changed. The trellis clips make the connection so easy. Works very well.

Good Product
Way better than string and twisty things. Reusable going on 3 years for some

Works super well!
Works great! However, do opt to get the proper twine. I attempted to use baler twine from our plethora of left overs. However this is a lot thicker than the intended twine and I had to try to separate and then weave the clip into the middle of the too-thick-twine which totally ruined efficiency and my winning streak of no foul language. Also, because of weaving the clips that way made them super hard to remove at the end of the season to use again and impossible to reposition. Vegetables are incredibly heavy once you are up a couple feet and they make the twine so taught you cant separate to get clips in and out. So DO NOT repurpose baler twine, buy the white garden twine like a smart person and save your money by saving time...and sanity. And yes, I have used the white twine in the past and it works sooo slick and fast with this little critters. Excellent invention!
