Review: High quality cutting board - The cutting board is nice! I was slightly skeptical when I ordered it, but the board is amazing! I love the size, it is accurate as the description. It kid kind of weighty, in a good way. I have not get a mineral oil as of yet, so I am waiting to get one so that I can condition it before I use it. Review: Love this large cheese board! - Great cheese board. ThIs is too pretty to be a cutting board. I have a lot of "pop up" happy hours with friends and neighbors and this is the perfect cheese board. It is quite large and I use it to hold three hard cheeses (blocks and slices) and there is room to sprinkle almonds and dried fruit too. The grain is lovely and the board I received is a thick, single cut of wood. My board is curved, which I like. In the curve, I put a bowl of berries, or fig jam, or whatever goes best with the cheese being served. My friends have even commented on how nice it is. Worth the money for sure - quality, style and utility. I use it frequently.

**Q: What is the width and thickness of this olive board ?it would be helpful to know since I'll be using it to roll pastry and pasta dough,Thankyou .**
A: The cutting board is irregular in shape.  I recall that they warned me that "no two are exactly alike".  Mine is 19.25 inches in length, 8.5 inches at its widest and 0.75 inches thick.  It does have a beautiful wood grain and is lovely to cut and display meats, cheeses and breads.  I'm not sure but I think its "amoeba" like shape would not be most efficient for rolling out dough.  Good luck!

**Q: Is this made from a single piece of wood or are they multiple pieces stuck together?**
A: mine is a single piece.

**Q: Proper way to clean this?**
A: I wipe it clean with a wet paper towel. With all wood items, I condition them with mineral oil. It’s food safe oil that doesn’t get rancid.

**Q: I would like to know what the country of origin is and if they seal it? I prefer unsealed. If they seal it is it organic oil or synthetic mineral oil?**
A: It is made in Tunisia. It is unsealed and just coated with natural olive oil
