This is exactly what you're looking for. This is the real deal and you get that restaurant quality flavor, not too thick consistency and that perfect umami you're hoping for! Prior to purchasing this, I had been buying a well-known brand that my grocery store carried, but it was a gelatinous imitation and "flavored" without any real ingredients. So glad I purchased this brand! Better taste, quality ingredients, convenient squeeze bottle and a good experience with the sellers. Will purchase again. Highly recommended!

Lee Kum Kee has the best overall quality and authentic Asian flavors in all of their brand's products. Only slightly higher price than the inferior other brands. Oyster sauce is no exception with a deep oyster flavor and thick consistency. Leave the rest and buy the best!
