It should be. I have been running this on my 11 crz for 2 years now without problem.

Is this good for honda civic 2003 hybrid?

I believe so. Honda used 2 different versions of CVT fluid. CVT-1 is for first gen CVT fluids in Honda vehicles. Newer Honda CVTs use a reformulated fluid . I believe the changeover was in the 2013 timeframe
