These work well on our 2006 Whirlpool side by side refrigerator. (We use it mounted as an external filter that runs the water through the fridge and comes out of the front door.) The water has a great taste. Clean and filtered. We have well water which can have a metallic or mineral taste if not filtered.

Great price!
Just changed out the filter and the water tastes great once again.I'm lucky I have a downstream auxiliary filter installed for my fridge.I can bypass the expensive filter used with the GE fridge instead ($54).

Fresh water again!
Fit with no problems. It would be nice if there was a way to.pre-flush these. Trying to run a gallon of water thru the fridge dispenser one glass at a time is time consuming!

Great Replacement Filter!
I bought these filters because I could no longer find the replacements made by Whirlpool for my Whirlpool filter. I installed one of the filters and think that it works better than the brand-name filters that I had always used. I am very pleased with the product. In addition, it was nicely packaged and shipped promptly. I will definitely order more from this seller.

Great refill filters for Whirlpool branded filter system
I use these on a Whirlpool branded ice filter that I purchased locally a while ago, then they stopped carrying the replacements....They work well, and the price is awesome.If anyone needs to know my specific model, I can get it.
