Solid ladle
It is a strong skimming ladle, you can feel the hardness and the weight in your hand. A little bit heavy to me but I think that’s why it makes the ladle so solid. I used the ladle to press sweet potato balls in the pan when deep frying and the ladle worked really well and had not been deformed.

I actually bought this for metal smelting, but when it showed up, a kitchen thief stole it!Now my girl uses it in the kitchen for everything, the old plastic version is going to the yard sale this weekend.
