Great Nostalgic Model
Pegasus' Mercury 9 Rocket to me, looks like Thunderbird 3 from Gerry Anderson's Thunderbirds. I knew I had to have it. The kits goes together really quickly with minimal clean-up and is designed so that seams are hidden as best they can. At 1/350 scale it is a tall rocket. Once I'm done I'll be painting it to resemble Thunderbird 3. I'll be contacting JT Graphics to see if decals can be created to match the color scheme.
