Decent picture but software issues vex
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. The picture is pretty decent (see attached pictures). I'm always skeptical of the 4MP or 5MP claims so I just run these cameras at 1080p anyway to save disk space and reduce CPU usage on the video recording machine anyway. The nightvision works well but the IR beam is too focused in the center. See the picture. This means a person in the middle of the frame will probably be over exposed and their face will be white as a ghost. I think they do this on purpose so they can claim a longer distance for infrared reach. But that is silly considering how wide the camera angle is. Makes no sense really. You get what you pay for, I suppose. The software (admin web interface) needs work. When you log in, the web page simply says "IPCAM-100" as the model. Just like a super generic security camera from China you might buy two decades ago. The box it comes in just says "security camera". The instructions don't even mention a brand or model number. And, relatively major issue when using the web admin interface: there are javascript errors everywhere. Some are bad enough you won't be able to use certain panels. For example, disabling the built-in timestamp. (This is why my pictures have two timestamps, one from the camera, and one from my recording software). I can't disable it because I get an error "Uncaught TypeError: document.IPCamera.IPCGetVideoWndRect is not a function".I tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox -- on both Windows and Mac computers. Oh and Internet Explorer, too, on PC. No luck.Because of software issues, I tried to update firmware. I'm normally really good at researching this kind of thing but could not find any firmware updates. Even kingkongsmart's web site has a page for this camera with a "firmware" button - but clicking the button doesn't do anything. I looked at the HTML source and it is just an image. No link, lol.(I'm still glad I bought it though since it was cheap and more or less gets the job done.)The hardware feels pretty nice. It is heavier than I expected an inexpensive camera to be, nice metal construction. You can rotate the camera in a fairly wide amount, both pan & tilt, then you screw in the hex nut to lock it in place.POE works great. It comes with a waterproof sheath for the ethernet line, which is great, but nothing for the power plug. (And since I'm using POE this remains unused.) Kind of awkward having this extra plug just dangling. I used electrical tape to attempt to seal off the connection, then tapped it all up in one big clump. The nightvision uses 850nm so there is a faint red glow from the IR LEDs at night. Looks kinda cool and evil / ominous to be honest.

NO ONVIF or RTSP
I bought 6 of these for a simple install as my go to "off brand" camera was out of stock. Mistake on my part. Either all 6 that I received were defective or they are simply lying in the description. Tested with both Brand Name and generic NVR software; not able to discover via ONVIF. Not able to direct pull the stream using RTSP @ rtsp://[ip_address]:554/stream1 or /stream2 as per documentation. Had to play whack-a-mole with auto-changing IP address using the IP tool that came with them. I set these up in a sandbox for testing with no DHCP server connected. Talk about random IP hopping. Finally was able to login via HTTP and hard set them (don't use the tool...the camera doesn't retain the configured IP you put in). Figuring somehow this was my fault, went so far as to use the official ONVIF Device Manager. Manually entered IP of camera, user, pass, and ports. Camera was found...live stream didn't work on there either. The only time video was able to be viewed was through Internet Explorer using the OCX plugins.Lesson of the day. Don't go this cheap ever again. Pay the extra $10 and get JideTech or SV3C and save yourself a bunch of headaches and a trip to a shipping store to return these pieces of garbage.

UPdate - Use IE not Chrome to Program
Good image quality is marred by faulty firmware. I have 2 of these and both of them locked me out of the configuration settings after changing the IP of the camera. The camera is on line but the User Name and Password no longer works to access the settings. This happened to both cameras. Cannot find a physical reset button on the camera. Would be happy to give this a better rating if someone can tell me how to get back in and access the Configuration Settings.Update- Increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars. I figured out that you can only log in with Internet Explorer after resetting the password log in. Not 100% sure but I think initially it will allow you to first access the camera via Chrome but then will not let Chrome back in. Using IE, I have been able to get logged in and make all the required settings.

They are great as long as you get good ones
I ordered 3 of these and 1 was a repack and it was used. It also had an old version of firmware on it causing issues not the network. I finally got the current version of the firmware from tech support and flashed the camera. It ran for 1 day then locked up on the network. Power cycling did not help so I got on the ladder and took it down for return.cam #2 had a pink to red cast on the feed and the only thing you could do id pull the saturation all the way down as far as it would go to get it almost out - unacceptable but I was in a box marked NEW and had the current firmware on it unlike the repack one that was in a box that looked like the others buy did not say NEW on its sticker. it was a repack.Cam #3 went in without a hitch and has not hiccuped once since its been in service. I have enough lighting that it runs at night in the color day mode forced.Id say you are taking a chance with these but if you get new ones that don't have defects, its a great deal for what you get.On a side note, they have the absolute worst mount I've seen. They are hard to work with and nothing at all smooth about getting them together and rotated in the direction you want. But once you get it where you want it, you're set.
